Technical Interior Light

I run a doblo cargo on a 54-plate, would it have central locking? If it should it does not work,
Also i have no interior light that comes on when you open the door allthough their is a pin switch..should it work when door's opened? If i put ignition on and click the switch across it will then come off but i have to click the light switch off again to turn it off.
I think its had both door locks changed as the key is different to the ignition key so wonder if their lies a problem.

Looking for some advice on the setup and where to start if possible please.

I have an 05 cargo and mine doesn’t have central locking and the interior light could just be a bulb needs changing the actual bulb holder pops out quite easily and you could change yourself quite easily I did it myself

Does your interior light come on when you open either of the front doors?

Or do you have to push the light switch to the left for it to come on?

Sorry for late reply but as we speak mine stopped working again yesterday won’t work if you push switch or open either door. Have to try a new bulb tomorrow or check fuses otherwise
