General Front Seats 05 Doblo

Hi all,

I have been looking through the forum for some information on the front seats of my 05 Doblo van. They are the blue colour and I cant say I'm a fan of that so I was wondering whether seats from a 2011+ Doblo van would fit for a straight swap?

I have seen that a number of people have asked various questions regarding front seats to not many replies so any info you have would be hugely appreciated!

How do the part numbers compare?

Hi, no worries. Ideally not looking for modification if possible, although some small ones shouldn't be a problem. I will check the part numbers, thank you for your suggestion.

Hi, I fitted Alpha Romeo leather seats to my 2012 doblo van, as I recall had to swop out the runners from my Doblo seats and drill new mounting holes to secure the runners to the Alpha seats, I still have the doblo seats minus runners you can have them if your want them my old van had 52 k miles on it so seats were quite good. I am just about to do the same in my new Doblo, but I will sell those seata as the van has only done 7k.

Hi, I am sure they were from an Alpha 159 and were relatively easy to convert, I also used the Alpha alloy wheels but I don;t think the 159 wheels fit the Doblo. I used the original runners from the van and drilled new holes to bolt them on to the Alpha seat, I also transferred the Fiat seat belt stalks so that I had the original electrics on the Alpha seats.
I am just this morning about to fit Fiat Bravo leather seats to my new 2017 Maxi van, they look relatively straight forward. I also have a set of Alpha GT alloys with 225/45/17 tyres to go on the new van. I will let you know how I get on. Regards John.

Hi, I fitted the Fiat Bravo leather seats yesterday,(2017 Maxi) they were relatively simple in that I only had to swap over the original Doblo van runners to the Bravo seats, they are an exact match so no drilling of new holes required to make them fit. The Bravo runners are almost identical but the fixing point that bolts to the van centre tunnel as opposed to the floor is shorter than on the Doblo runners so wont reach the captive nut on the centre tunnel. In addition to this I changed over the the seatbelt stalks so the electrics and plugs are an exact match. They look awesome fitted and retain all pf the Bravo original features, such as seat height adjustment, lumbar support, heating the seats would require additional wiring I have not looked into that yet, but have retained the original Bravo plugs on the seats so that is an option for the future.

Any news on this swap seat thing? I was thinking on changing my cargo 2016 Doblo (the double seat is horrible) and I'm still not totally sure what are we suppose to change or it's a direct fit. Thanks!!
