Technical Doblo Has No Spark

Hi im new to the site and i need advise with my car as i am tearing my hair out.
I recently changed the clutch on my 2001 doblo 1.2 petrol and after putting it back together it now wont start.
I have checked both the camshaft and crankshaft Position sensors and checked the fuses but no joy.
Any advise would be greatly apretiated.

Hi Ken.

Probably identical set.up to the mk2 punto

Have a look in there.

BASICS.

Does the immob. Key code light come on and go out again.?

Does the fuel pump run ??

Bit of a long shot but have you gone over everything you did whilst looking at the engine?
It's possible that you may have disturbed a wire. Trouble is, there's quite a few loose wires dangling down but maybe see if there's a spare connector within reach of the terminal that's hanging.

Been speaking to a couple of guys at work and one of them said that on a jaguar there is a special procedure to link the immobiliser to the key. Just wondering if there was a sequence to link the immobiliser?

Hi.
Your key IS being read..as the immob. Light goes out..

There were issues with the small earth cable on the throttle body failing
.

TBH.. I Would run a temporary MAIN engine to chassis cable also.

Managed to get into it this weekend and change the earth wire on the throttle body and it started first time. Thanks for the assistance.
