When trying to lock the car it locks and unlocks straight away. I t sees a door as being open, when it isn't.
It has just had £150 spent on it to not find the fault.
Does anyone have an idea what might be the problem

How have you spent that money ?
Try opening all the doors & springing the catches with doors open, do they all seem to work ok,? especially back ones
With locks still closed see if the pinger (unlocks) all I have only ever had trouble with back door lock mechanisms.
Have had lock go funny, wire broken in door to body pipe

You don't say which model/year Doblo you have, but for the older model take a look at this thread regarding the sliding door switches-

I also has the same problem as you on my 2007 MPV. It was caused by the tailgate latch mechanism which just needed lubricating. A good squirt of WD40 fixed it for me.

Your problem of course may be something else, but these are known issues.
Best of luck, and let us know how you get on.

Cheers,
Barry.

I second that. I kept finding my 2006 dobbie in a state of unlock then discovered it was down to the tailgate lock. The grease used had thickened meaning the flimsy spring mechanism didn't stand a chance - and this was summertime, when you expect grease to be a tad runnier!
Locking it with the key was fine until I could get it sorted. A good blast with the WD40 then an application of a decent spray lube did the trick & it's been fine ever since!
The mechanism they use to 'throw' the lock doesn't need much power to open/close the lock mechanism but whacking loads of grease on it was too much for the thing to handle.
