My engine to chasiss earth is bad leading to non starting.
I'm using a jump lead cable to make the conection to start but obvs this is not a long term solution.


Trying to source a new lead is proving hard - anyone know a supplier?

I realise I can just source generic leads and put together but not as neat, I don't think?

sorted thanks...went with generic. All is well


Anyone else with this query. I was quoted around £50 dealers for exact part so thought I'd save the money and go generic with the added benefit of being able to fix today rather than in a weeks time.


Was surprised when the cable (I needed 2) came to £40 in the auto factors.


My advice is if you can wait the exact (dealer only, I think) part would be easier and faster to fit and is most suitable. Lesson learned for me!
