Hello, im new to this site but could really do with some help as ive expended my knowledge trying to fix my 56 plate Doblo.
It starts great when cold, no problem at all, but if I do stop start when out shopping etc it starts to play up. I experience a 'clicking' sound when turning the key. Sometimes it fires and sometimes it fires after three attempts or sometimes I can only start it after it has cooled down. As soon as it does fire it turns over great and starts easily.
I have replace the starter motor & solanoid, battery and earth lead from the battery. Ive cleaned up all the contacts and thought id fixed it, then today it went again. I had to sit outside a shop for 20 mins, after which it started first time! HELP! Ive done everything I can think of....

Hi,

Is it possible that you may have a vacuum leak of some sort. As the engine heats up

expansion takes place.....opening up gaps maybe. As it cools down the gaps are

closed up. Just a thought.

I take it there is no engine light showing.

John.
