General swapping van rear doors

Hi, does anyone know if the rear doors from the MPV will fit straight on to the van? Just got a van and would like to have windows at the back. Mine is a 1.9 jtd sx 2004. Have looked at some photos of the MPV and they look the same. Cheers

Anyone? Does anybody know if a tailgate would fit on a van instead of the double dooors?
