My 1.9D (Non Turbo) Doblo has a black plug with two hose connections that sits in the front at the top of the fuel filter.
After having some rough running issues which match exactly what another user was having a long time ago, they succeeded fixing the issue after changing the valve.
I can't for the life of me find a part number for it.
It looks a bit like this:
Having no luck finding one which matches the one I have, and it's clip... GRRR
