I have checked all mounts on mine, they are all fine, theres is small movement as you would expect from these mounts. My judder is more “missfire” like if you gey what i mean. Good luck on the mount though, hopefully sorts you out.
Swapped my clutch and gearbox mount. So far so good. I haven't had anymore judder.

Glad you have resolved your judder issue, wish mine was the same, iv replaced my dual mass and clutch and also all mounts. Im still no closer to knowing, doing me in lol

Have you done the test on the injectors with the clear water bottles

Is the judder accompanied by some white smoke? It could very well be the egr valve opening to full flow too early, way before the engine can take the flow. You can try getting the egr checked and cleaned. Maybe yours is stuck open. Or just unplug it and drive. It will throw a p0403 code but if you are able to extract the map from your ecu and use a software like mtx dtc remover to disable the check engine light. I disabled code p0401 p0402 and p0403 just so the egr system would no longer be a concern to me.

There could be another cause and that is the bearings/ clutch mechanism of the alternator. Not many people check this but i have had it fail on me before and it caused a similar issue.

Just remove your undertray and from the right front wheel well you can access and check the alternator so see if it is alright. The alternator will work fine and produce the right voltage even the bearings/clutch is about to go. Stick a small screw driver into the alternator to hold the internal rotor still and see if you can spin the pulley. If you can feel some sloppy free play before it engages, it may be faulty. Get you mechanic to checl for you.

Hi

Looks like you have been busy!!

Had this problem a year or so ago.
Cleaned everything up as you have then bit the bullet and bought a new MAP sensor and New EGR off e bay. Also put on a blanking plate with 3x5mm holes in it so as not to restrict it completely. fitted these and checked hoses etc. Car now running great.
Sometimes EGR sticks and for the cost you might as well fit a new MAP.
The reason for a restrictor plate rather than a blanking plate: No engine warning light.

Hope this helps.
Ed.

He had his egr blanked off....

No one mentioned diesel leak off pipes on the thread and the crap plastic connector on top of the injector.
Replaced all mine and found it running much smoother, similar symptoms to what's mentioned. Wasn't noticeably leaking diesel but was letting air in to the system the seals on the connectors were worn.

Got this with my grande Punto 1.9 8v replaced egr MAF an cleaning solutions in fuel etc. Hopefully this temperature sensor works, will update if it does. May be a few days though

My judder is solved! Not the same fix but for me when I unplug my MAF sensor my car runs like a dream an no black smoke either on acceleration. Ordered a used Bosch one to see if it will run even better with a working one
