Hello,

I'm new to this forum but I'm looking for some advice. I have a 2010 Fiat Doblo commercial panel van and I have bought an aftermarket rear reversing sensor kit. I'm mainly confident with fitting these as I have fitted them to other vehicles though this will be the first time I have fitted them to a doblo.

Does anyone have any tips on how to fit these but mainly where on the rear bumper to fit them ????

Thanks in advance

If you take the bumper off, there may already be markings on the inside where they are likely to go. Every car i've fitted them to have an intentation in the plactic of a circle with a + in the middle of it. The + is where you drill ;)

A pity you've already bought the sensors. I bought a camera for my dobbie over 10 yrs ago. The lens is nicely hidden between the two number plate lights.
It covers around 4foot backwards as well as wide enough to see both edges of the rear bumper & with a towball, hitching a caravan or trailer is not a problem - same with parking in tight spots.

My 2007 Cargo has the 4 dimples in the rear bumper which I drilled with the supplied holesaw cutter there is no need to remove the bumper. It's a bit fiddly but you can fish the wiring down through the rear of the rear wheel arch behind the airflow vent without drilling. The complete install took me about 2 hours they are so useful [emoji106].
