Looking to tap into the wealth of knowledge in this group. I am sure someone like minded to me has gone bonkers with their JTD.

I am not looking to go silly (unlike my other car which is a Skoda Fabia TDI approaching 400bhp) but would like to do the following ideally

1) - Fit a stronger clutch as current one is slipping sometimes.
2) - Maybe fit some hardware modifications for more power when it eventually goes for remapping. In my head I would be thinking turbo, downpipe, intercooler mainly. And then maybe some other silly things which I am unaware of with the JTD engine.
3) - Long term look at uprated brakes, etc - maybe from a Fiat Coupe??

Opinions welcome. Forgot to add mine is a Cargo :D

Which engine? I have the 2.0 multijet and it made 182bhp on dyno with just remap and egr delete, dpf is still fitted as still under warranty,

I think chopping the dpf out it would push nearly 200bhp, a unprated alloy intercooler would improve torque but there is really no need, my doblo pulls really well loaded and with a trailer behind, it's never gonna win a drag race and it certainly isn't a fast vehicle but it's a work horse

Sorry I should have said its a 54 plate 1.9 JTD. Has been ultra reliable in current form despite EGR delete and remap. Just interested to go a little further.

Sorry. just seen the reply

No. mine is the 8V one I think. Its on a 54 plate so one of the older Doblos - the ones with the bit of black bumper splitting the headlights.

I think its 105? stock and it feels about 125 mapped.
