Hi guys, I'm just wondering I was tinkering with my doblo today and was in the engine bay going to fill the water reservoir and noted a pipe coming out of the engine cover and it was connected to a pipe that goes to the passenger side headlight. My question is this right?? It looks like the air intake pipe but it's connected to nothing? (See pics)

Any help would be great, cheers
