Hi All
I just bought a string of LEDs to replace my standard interior cab lamp which the previous owner had kindly removed. (
AUDEW Car Interior Lights Kit 10x3 LED) . In the gap where the original lamp holder was, there's a connector block with three wires (guessing live, switched live and neutral?) and a second smaller block with just two wires (on/off switch for the map reader?). I checked there is voltage in the big block when the door is opened. When I test connected the LEDs to two of the big block wires I thought were correct, it blew the fuse, which also protects the radio. Any guidance as to which cables I should be connecting ? I think it's a 10A and the LEDs have gotta be tiny power? Is it safe to upgrade to a 15A?
Cheers all!
