Which adaptor have you got plugged in, if you are happy port settings are correct then with the elm reader (with the orange and blue sticker) as per the item listing click on scan within multiecuscan and after a few moments should list all the ECU's detected on your Doblo. If that doesn't play ball then recheck the port settings. No harm in auto scanning for adaptors either.

I have installed the latestmultiecuscan software, changed the port settings as per instructions. Put the key into activate. When I go to plug in my fiat doblo after selecting the righttabs on the software it trys to connect but says I need differentconnection. I see you've already been directed to my setup instructions. I found it is important to check the computer settings before opening MES.
Plug connection into car and turn ign on.
Check connection settings in Windows Device Manager (From Control Panel)
Then fire up MES, and check settings within that.
