A bit of an odd one.

2012 Doblo Cargo. 1.3 diesel

Started it last night and as I turned the key I heard a very faint click. Almost like the click you get when the battery is flat. However the engine started first time with no problems.

Driving along and I noticed that two warning lights in the dash are very, very faintly illuminated. It looks like the bonnet open light and what appears to be an injector warning.

Double checked the bonnet and it's properly closed. Car is running perfectly with no issues so doubt there's something wrong with the injectors.

I'm guessing a short circuit somewhere. :bang:

Any suggestions on where to start?
