Hi folks. looking for help and advice with the above. Ive just bought the car and getting problems fixed. The tailgate wouldn't open from outside (one piece lift up door). on further inspection there is a metal rod that links the handle with the latch- this has snapped. is there a repair for this? not really wanting to have to buy a whole new locking mechanism..
