And another DPF / EGR problem... worth fighting this one?

Doblo '06 1.3 Multijet has been a bit jumpy around 1700rpm for a couple of weeks. Today, engine light comes on, NO limp mode for a change but out comes the OBD2 cable and MultiECUscan.

Two error codes:

1. EGR valve sensor error.
2. DPF clog factor too high.

So first one is usually crapped up EGR valve - happened about two years ago as well. As these are a complete sod to get to in this vehicle, I will refer this one for professional help. However not Fiat this time who charged 200 to clean it, not replace it!

Second one however is more worrying. The DPF clog was 102.2%. So I did a forced regeneration. It has done lots of small journeys around London this month so is sort of expected. However, post forced regen, it's still reading 86.05% which is still pretty high.

I'm not taking this to a Fiat dealer.

So questions:

1. Should I get the EGR refurbished and cleaned or just replace it.
2. What should I do about the DPF. Does anything even need doing to it? Worth regenning it again a couple of times or is that dangerous?
3. Shall I just get rid of it now before it starts costing more?

For the sake of diagnostics:

EGR opens to 67%ish when idling, above about 2800 rpm it goes down to 2%.
