Crank sensor tinkering

If this has already been covered such is life. As dobby wouldn't start I eventually tracked it down to a faulty crank sensor. I quickly found out I would be a fully qualified key hole surgeon at the end of the job such was the vastness of the area in which this much often job was to be conducted. My solution was to cut the plastic connecting block and cradle off. It had been mangled on a previous change anyway. Put bullet connectors and an extended 0.5 wire on which I could then extend upwards enabling me to tie it off at the back of the engine bay = comfort. Next time I can just unplug the wire from the top and then change the sensor at my leisure.
