My Doblo 1.9 jtd Van has done 136k I’ve noticed that it is not as punchy as it used to be in fact I noticed it after about 50K, a day when I had a full load other wise the engine seems fine no noises or smoke and does not use oil, any Idea any body as to what could be the cause, could it be the air flow meter and how can I test it

Usually is on these, seems to be the thing to go and causes sluggishness, no idea about testing, sorry.

find another dobilo and swap it 2 hose clips one plug easy

Had a similar problem on our Doblo Cargo JTD sx.

Traced to the EGR vavle not shutting when it should. The mechanic cleaned it and the engine ran properly again.
