Can anyone tell me how I can deactivate passanger's airbag on fiat doblo multijet 2011?
I've been searching for key switch but it seems like doblo doesn't have one?

It doesn't have one!

Get in and start the engine (for whatever reason, mine won't do it unless the engine is running)
Press the SET switch and keep it pressed.
You'll get the SPEED come up.
Press repeatedly until you get the PASS B come on the screen
Press the up/down (as if you were adjusting the headlight level) so the option changes to OFF. Press Set, then up/down to YES when it asks to confirm. Set and you're good to go.

.......or something like that - I'm doing it from memory and I've only done it once!

The yellow airbagX2 light will illuminate on the dash until the airbag is switched back on again.

Hey.
Sorry for late late reply.
This doblo doesn't seems to have Set button,It has SET ESC button(tried holding it for few seconds, clicking it but nothing) and some Menu button.

The SET ESC button - between the headlight up/down switches is the same.

Use this in conjunction with the headlight up/down to select.
The button on the stalk will escape back to original mode.

There is a 2010-on handbook for download elsewhere on this forum. The explanation or the basic system is there, but it doesn't say that you need to have the engine running to get the Passenger airbag option showing.

I'm 600 miles away from mine at the moment, so can't do a proper run-through for you.

So:

The way I did mine this afternoon.....

Start the car
Make sure the lights are switched off
Press SET/ESC
You will probably have "Speed" displayed between the speedo and rev counter
Repeatedly press the button to the right of the SET/ESC with the up arrow on it.
This will change the functions to:
Hour (for the clock)
Buzz (for the internal beeper)
Unit (miles/kilometres)
Bag P for the Passenger Airbag

Press SET/ESC again
Press the button to the right of the Set/ESC (up arrow) to toggle the airbag on or off as the display.
Press SET/ESC
You will be asked to CONF (confirm)
Press the up arrow button for yes/no
Press SET/ESC

Either switch off or press the right hand stalk button
That should be it

(Another option on this menu, if you go past the BAG P is drl for Daylight Driving Lights on/off)

The button to the left of SET/ESC (with a down arrow) will move the functions backwards.

Even with the passenger airbag disabled, if you remove the seat (with it's airbag), there will still be an error on the dash as well as the one for the disabled airbag. I take my passenger seat out to allow me to get my motorbike in easier.
