My 1.9 JTD had a new clutch on Friday. As the clutch feel is now different I inadvertently stalled the engine on the way home, restarted and the (curly wire)warning light flashed for a while and then went off. Didn't use the car yesterday (Sat). Today took three go's to start the car and had same warning light sequence after. I've had no starting/glowplug issues till Friday (and today)
My question is this..... I'm maybe thinking the garage (A1 Clutches) would have disconnected the battery, would they have had to disconnect anything to do with the ignition and is it possible they have neglected to connect some thing back up? Is it a massive coincidence as there's 72,000 on the clock?

take it back , and get them to check, :(

it's obviously got through winter with it's previous set-up..,( sound plugs)(y)

the flashing is a self-test "warning" should be a fault code to help disagnosis;)

Further to my earlier post can anyone recommend a garage to fix my glow plug problem. It's starts ok at the moment (with two or three turns of the key) but as a working musician you'll probably realize that at some point post October I will want my Doblo to start in sub zero temperatures at 1 or 2 o'clock in the morning, often miles from home. I live in South Staffs so 30/40 mile radius is max. Please don't say Platts of Stafford...bad experience.
Thanks for any imput.
