If this comes out all wrong, please bear with me as it is the first time I have used any type of Forum, but I do have a little knowledge about motoring matters.

I have a Doblo 1.9JTD Dynamic on a '54 plate with 10k just racked up. I ruined the local re-mapping/tuning specialists "street cred" by asking him to tune the Dobbin after seeing their website and realising, a) they seem to know what they are talking about and, b) they were less than a mile from my house!
Since the re-map (which takes around 5hrs to do), the vehicle has been transformed and gives more power throughout the rev range with more m.p.g.........OK here's the bit you are waiting for......130+bhp, with corresponding uncrease in torque. Depending on how it is driven, from 45 to 60m.p.g. and no emission or warranty problems that I can foresee as explained if/when you visit these people. I have informed my Insurance company and they took the common sense view to load me 25%. I now own (on the insurance schedule) a Doblo JTD 130!! The cost of the re-map was £450 incl v.a.t.

I commend to the house:-Motorsports Developements, Unit 3F, Moor Park Industrial Estate, Kincraig Rd, Blackpool FY2 0HF...(Stewart and Kenny).

This site actively supports angel tuning (see ad at the top) but having different places with different reviews is good.

If you do live in Blackpool, i'll have to be careful which Doblo I pull alongside of! I wonder how the power increases compare to Angel Tuning :chin:

PS- Welcome to the site (y) and thanks for letting us know of the company

Surely keeping the car 5 hours is a good thing- they'll be able to spend more time setting it up nicely. On the site it says 450quid all in, which is actually about the normal price if you look at other tuning companies like Revo Technik/Jabbasport/AMD etc.

Blimey!

5 Hours is a bit long, but hey if its the first one they have done its going to take time. We have been taking the Doblo's to 145+bhp for a couple of years now, but only charge £300 all inc. Revo etc take this **** at £450, but Ithink thats only for the 1.8T (we charge £375 - £425 on those).

We can take the Doblo well above the 145bhp, but we don't charge just £300 for it ;-)

As long as it does what you want with your 130bhp then its money well spent.

PS - When you gonna get that VRS done ;-) We have another two next week to do.. want to make it a hattrick... lol ;-)

I think they are in the region of 450quid even for the TDI's which I agree is taking the **** a bit (Compared to companies like yourselves) Ive emailed other tuning companies who charge 495quid for a vRS remap!! Only to 172bhp aswell. Is it the power increase that matters, or the quality of the map (if theres a difference)

You will be breathing on my car but when- I dont know  (Alloys and lowering first :p)
