Planning selling the Doblo as I've been offered a mint (and I mean immaculate) Audi A4 Quattro Turbo Sport with 180bhp from a 1.8 petrol.

Anyway, my Dooblo has a remap (reversible as I have the original map as well as the re-map) and is seriously powerful.

It tows my caravan uphill at 60mph with a boot full of disco gear, bikes and gazebo's....

Anyway, I have replaced the clutch & flywheel around 1000 miles ago, as well as new driveshafts around 200 miles ago. Rear tyres are excellent, front tyres are about half worn Gislaved Nordfrosts, so ideal for winter.

I also replaced the AC condenser with a new one and the air con blows stone cold.

Tax is out at end of November, but I can put a years mot on it at any time (it runs out 5th Dec).

Brakes were done around 5000 miles ago and although it had an oil & filters change at same time, it would get done again before sale.

I will also change the timing belt kit & water pump as a condition of the sale even though it's not due for another 15,000 miles.

Finally, the injectors are (as I type) in getting checked for wear as idle is a bit lumpy. If any repairs are needed, they will be done.

So, with all that and the fact it was very well serviced before I got it, what is it worth?

It's clean enough, but has age related dings & scuffs, only one key, but everything works.

I was thinking around two thousand five hundred pounds...

Idea's?

That audi looks nice, they are rapidly becoming classics.

You don't say the mileage of the dob, but I would have thought it was worth more than two and a half. Perhaps 3-4. Suggest look at autotrader compare prices.

Good luck in audi formums..

Hi Jf, the miles are 118,000.

The body has the odd ding and scratch, so I thought that reflected the price.

Oh yeah well at those miles I agree with your valuation.
Doblos often find themselves abandoned for audis at no fault of their own, other than DPF, injector, flywheel and starting problems. Your donation of just £50 could pay for a tank of fuel to keep a doblo warm in winter. (y)

Damn and blast!

Two of my injectors came back failed, two are fine.

So the test fee and replacement injectors come to 444GBP

The good news is I can up the price of the car a bit and produce receipts for the new injectors & test print outs for the other two.

Someone will be getting a bloody good car with all the work done to make it a bloody great engine.

I also had tested four "119" injectors (out of a Multipla, but should fit any 1.9 jtd with that spec of injectors) and three came back excellent, one was a "smidgen" under the pass rate.

However, the tech told me it simply needs a dose of injector cleaner and a good hard run to open it up again. He asked had it been sitting about? I told him honestly they had been sitting in my tool box "spares" drawer for over two months.

So, anyone looking for injectors with a test certificate? ;)

And anyone looking for a Doblo with a soon to be had excellent bill of health....

Well chaps, two shiny new injectors await fitment.

I have been busy with other cars, and currently about to go to base and play with a "Genie Z135/70" (google it to see what it is ;) ).

This evening, I mostly have a wedding to attend as DJ.

Tomorrow, I have a Hyundai Trajet(y) to finish mending (brakes, strut top bearing, more brakes, oil change, etc) so I don't know when I'll get the Dooblower looked at

Still, I have a nice set of injectors on ebay if anyone needs a set...

Still not 100% sure how to advertise them on here. Any help appreciated :)
