The engin flash came up and I check the code which was P1206
The car drive fine, no power down
2 days later the light went off and the car still drive fine but in the ecu is still the error P1206
I check the dpf and a few days ago it was filled for 76% and today it was 102%
Today I did a forced regeneration and now it is 80% again but I did not remove the error.
It is a Doblo from 2007 with a 1.9MJT engine

My questions :

Does anyone have some advice ?

Should I remove the error ?
I ask that because it drive fine without power lost and I am afraid when I remove the error it come back again with power lost.

Can I drive back home which is around 1350km ?

We have decided to remove the DPF as soon as I am back home.

Mine was like that but pretty soon dropped into limp home mode then ground to halt on the motorway. AA man checked it and said dpf total fail.

I know and they update the ECU.
I don´t know about the smoke but they told me that it is still confirm the rules so I don´t worry about that.
This DPF gave me so much problems that I consider to sell the car.
The car by it self drive very good so we made that decision.
And if it give bleu smoke backside .... I don´t care as long as it keep driving like it should and I don´t get problems with the inspection, which they confirm : I don´t get.

It is done, they renew the ECU software and delete the EGR - DPF and sensors
They also did a tune-up and my Doblo drive great now, no smoke and no error lights and because of the tune-up I have much more power, drive much better and now I hope it also take less diesel but that take some km befor I know that.
Thank´s for all advices and help
