The fault codes relate to your Mass Air Flow, which could be a fault with the part itself or perhaps the wiring. It could even be a hole in the intercooler or pipework to the inlet manifold.
It's best to check for holes/leaks before buying a new MAF.
The fuel filter warning could be water or the filter hasn't been changed for so long and it needs renewed.
If it is water, there should be a plastic drain plug at the bottom of the filter to drain off water (fuel is lighter so sits on top of the water). It should be no more than a few spoonfulls, so try draining the filter for around 3/5 seconds onto a rag. You'll soon see if it's water.
