Hi All. My front door window recently jammed,it would'nt go up or down.I bought a regulator repair kit which included new clip and new cables,everything was going fine until I came to fit the new cables,when I opened up the drive gear the old cables were all knotted up,so I need to know how to rewind the the new cables.

If the cables have become knotted it would be better to buy replacement cable. They are available on ebay.

Thanks for your quick reply,I have taken your advice and bought new cables but again struggling on connecting the wires around the drive spool,
