The mrs was on way fom Leeds to Cheltenham for a job interview thisThursday. set off at 7pm tonight and I got a frantic call saying the car won't stop and its filled with smoke, she was only 5 mins walk up rd so ran up and could see a cloud of smoke in the distance . car filled with smoke , she said engine wouldn't stop then a very loud bang....spewed oil out of the exhaust which has lifted the tarmac..fire brigade had been called by a passer by who said they'd never seen the rd damaged like that before.
This car has been a dodo from day we bough it. very hacked off as just had new mot and radiator fitted , alternator, 2 new tires etc etc.
Shame cause we actually quite liked it. Dunno wether we'd get another or not TBH

Sorry to hear of your problem, has she got an alternative means of transport to get to the interview?

By time managed to borrow a car she decided to get train in the morning , £110 quid return. Got start the hunt for a new car on a limited budget , loved the size of Doblo but will need persuading to get another as its been non stop hassle. **** happens usually at the least convenient time
