Posts: 5 Thanks: 0 Trader Rating: 0 ![]() | Need a windy thing Is there anybody out there,my wife's fan has stopped and I'm trying to get the stupid thing out to put a new one in,basically haven't a clue as to how and would like some help form any one who has knowledge about the replacement process.Ed.

Posts: 5 Thanks: 0 Trader Rating: 0 ![]() | Re: Need a windy thing Sorry realised after I forgot to put radiator fan in and it's a 1.3 multijet with all the bits for the a/c but the fan is the double frame with 1 fan in place,have tried the fan,connected it to the battery and no joy have a new complete fan assembly but I can't see how to get the old one out.Cheers mate.

It's a bit ![]() We ended up having to remove the front, but that was to change the rad. There will be some hidden bolts, almost certainly underneath and some at the side. I should imagine they will be torx.... If you pop up to Inverness I could help you with it ![]() ![]() I just googled this: ![]() Does it look like yours? If so, the tags with holes for bolts should be a rough guide as to where to find them. You may need to remove some plastic to get access. Sorry I can't be more help ![]()

Posts: 5 Thanks: 0 Trader Rating: 0 ![]() | Re: Need a windy thing Cheers mate it is very like the one i've got but slots on the bottom for positioning 2 bolts,fan is identical and frame looks very like the one I have,that's the the bugbear the slots,I feel it in my bones there are 2 bolts but can't see for the a/c radiator below.

I belonged to Gourock,dear auld seaside toon There's nuthin the matter wi Gourock,but it bloody gets ye doon I finished my time in the shipyards there sometime in the month of June In summer it's smashin in winter it;s lashin so I buggered off to the moon.
