Posts: 2 Thanks: 1 Trader Rating: 0 ![]() | fiat Doblo 1.3 jtd EGR removal How to pics Hope this helps, i have attached a few Pictures to show how i managed to free up valve in the EGR. First take battery out and then take out battery holder, 3 bolts. you can see that my EGR is the 2 part valve, so just undo the 3 x t20 star screws, out she pops, if the valve is stuck, use a pice of wood and a rubber mallet and knock the sping in, spray with egr cleaner or WD40 and work free by pushing the spring in and out whilst spraying in to valve. reverse the process reset engine light with a diagnostic tool. happy days.
