Hi just a quick question ...ive been reading on here and people say the glow plugs are easy to do on a Doblo 1905 jdt turbo..but my god i can only just see them peekin under the manifold ....can you get access at the back to take them out or have you got to strip it right down ???...would love hear how you all would do them ....must say im a bit worried about one of them sheering off ,though i have sprayed them with wd40 this morning and will do the same tonight so they can have a good soak over night ...i look forward to any replies....thanks Dave

Done mine last year and yes fiddly but deffo doable.
I used my 1/4" drive with long reach socket and flexible UJ joints with extension bar. Put a spot of blue tack into the socket, makes it alot easier to pull the glow plug out after it finally unscrews. Used long nosed pliers from the front to pull wires off.
Thinking back, I'm sure I had the fuel return float (black box thing at the back) disconnected.
I did read that it's easier to remove the rocker cover, which I did and it was a total waste of time, made no difference to access of the glow plugs plus the aggro having to buy a new gasket - which I did twice. First time I bought one from a motor factors which leaked, then second replacement for a geniune Fiat gasket which was only a couple of £ more that the motor factors one.
