Unhappy Engine Immoboliser

Hi,
My Fiat Doblo will start from cold first thing in the morning or after being left for a while, but when I run it then leave it for half an hour or so it won't start, it turns over but won't fire up....as if it's immobolised. Can anyway tell me of a way I can fix this without having to spend a fortune at the garage? thanks.
