hello, new here so hi to all,

just got myself a 03 doblo jtd having ummed and aaahed for a few months and I am certainly not disappointed. one small issue i have noticed tho is that the rear doors rattle a bit when going over speedbumps at anything more than 2mph. anyone else had this problem and if so is there an easy fix ?

Yeh I have this problem use mine as a taxi as well so I tend to go over about 100 plus speed bumps a day. I aint found a solution to the problem and i have had new catches fitted due to a fault and this made no difference

do you have electric rear windows..? ask the dealer to look at the retaining clips which hold door locking cables, and courtesy light cables etc... in place. They may be able to fit extra retaining clips. I don't own a doblo, but cables are a cause of rattles in many cases.

no joy from your fiat dealer ?

Not spoke to them about it to be honest I just put it down to a design fault and thought all the doblo's would be the same.

Just about to clock 70k up not too bad for a 52 reg. Tend to do about 1000 miles a week.

so according to my dealer its not the doors at all but the leaf springs, new ones ordered and will be fitted under warranty....might explain why your noise didnt go away when they changed the door locks !

That sounds about right that as I know my springs are also getting ready for changing. You will have to let me know how you get on and if it makes a big difference.

well its all fixed now, they reckon it was the leafs but I reckon it may well have been the brackets for the rear anti roll bar, maybe worth trying getting down underneath getting hold of the thing and giving it a good shake, when I did it to mine it rattled
