Hi
I' have a fiat doblo 1.4 v which is having problems with crashing of the gears. It has become increasenly hard to get mainly 1st and reverse mainly when the engine has just started or cold. The gears improve after it has been running awile. Is it most likely to be the gearbox oil. ?
