I bought a second hand Doblo 2011, and at the first highway trip the ECU came up with an error, P2453. After a day I found the problem: A broken rubber hose from the sensor to the DPF. Fixed that hose, did a reset, and the light never came on again. Start/stop works also now.

However, I still have some issues:
- Engine after 10 mins still cold
- High milage (14km/litre, about 32mpg or so?) when I drive 70km/h in 5th gear
- Still a Generic Error (in MultiEcuScan) at the parameter Force Regeneration.
- No shift-indicator on the dashboard (I use to had this.. now it comes on and off at random, last two trips it didn't work)

Because of this DPF Generic Error, I can't do a force (manual) regeneration... operation aborted, unknown error. I thought I could give it a try to push up the mileage a bit.. but to no avail.

The DPF is normal clogged according to MultiEcuScan, and is clogged at 42.05% (and still counting).

Can anybody give me some advice about what to check next? I have no errors in the engine ECU... only a L1 L2 Convergence error in the body computer.

JUST REALISED THE ORIGINAL POST IS 5 YEARS OLD! HATE THAT WHEN IT HAPPENS!

I also have had / still have Generic error in multiecuscan for forced regeneration.

However if you start a forced regeneration and get the error, as I did, then when you can start the regeneration again, however I then drove the car ( qubo 1.3 durologic) straight away ( bit of trial and error, works eventually) and the regeneration process continued, this was successful and the clogging reduced to 37% (was 65% )

I then did another forced regeneration shortly afterwards and this went all the way through, given me a ok against the forced regeneration state.

Don't forget that your oil degradation cannot be too degraded as it does prevent the regeneration to start .

Also 99% oil degradation is fresh oil ( inverse logic )

As for your other problems, not much help there

Ken
