Technical Replacing head unit and speakers?

Hello,
i'm new here, I have a doblo 1.9jtd cargo van.

I want to replace the speakers and headunit. just wondered if anyone else has done this and could offer me advice. does anyone know the size of the speakers and a good replacement?

Also, does anyone know what type of connectors i'd need?

Simple really, head units a quick in and out with tool or coat hangers. speakers are 10cm or 4" find some with good mid range and bass as some are a bit tweety at this size. I bought sonys theyre very good all rounders. Good luck.
