Hey,

So I sold my punto and have now bought myself a nice little doblo cargo 1.9d (2001). However it cut out a few times (once in a really bad place to stop and caused some long tailbacks - embarrasing) and so RAC did a quick check on it for me and said there was low pressure in the fuel system which could either be the pump or injector.

Now ive had it running and saw some bubbles coming from injector 1 indicating a small leak - I thought this may cause the low pressure so I have taken the injector out now and there was no o-ring on it.

So...should it have a seal (o-ring) or not and if so where can I buy one from, think they would be about £1 at the most. If this doesnt solve issues I will change pump but wanted to try cheaper option first.

It doesnt run badly, starts first time but it will without warning cut out and not start for 30 minutes or so.
