this is what I fond in the eLearn for 1.3JTD doblo:

the value is in daNm, the +90 refers to an additional 90 deg turn after reaching the desired torque.
It has 3.8-4.2 daNm, +90 then ++90
da is basically x10 so you are looking at between 38 and 42Nm

So I suspect you torque all of them up to 40Nm in the specific pattern, then add 90 to each in the same pattern and then 90 one more time.

As you can see they give different values for different bolts, if you need them all please let me know and I will add the complete list.

Hi great information Dan on the head torque settings . Would anybody know what the bottom crank pully bolt (left hand thread) and the cam bolt torque setting is .

Speck is as before, da is x10 for the Nm.
Got them from the Panda eLearn since I did not find them in the Doblo, but it's the same engine.

Also from what I've read on the forum, you need timing tools to do this job, otherwise valves will bend and/or rockers will brake!

Hi,sorry to jump in, but i am working on a 2008 fiat 500 1.3 diesel and would like to ask if that has a left hand thread on the bottom pulley bolt, its a male torx type head.

An old thread but I can add - Autodata says, LH thread crank bolt is 230Nm =/-11. No angle tightening listed.
Main bearing bolts (no need to replace) are 20Nm plus 80 degrees angle. M8s are 30Nm
Big ends are 20Nm plus 80 degrees angle. Old bolts an be reused.

Looks wrong to me at least on the main bearing caps. In fact reused and over tightened has to be dangerous

It’s not as per Fiat or Vauxhall manuals unless I am reading them incorrectly

I also replace all yield bolts, or stretch bolts or whatever you want to call them. Sometimes the new bolts come with there own tightening instructions especially if uprated.

I have looked at the panda 1.3D
engine maybe I am looking at it wrong.

It's from Mike's Autodata book. I failed to properly read what I wrote. What a 2 Hat.

I have just fitted my M10 main bearing bolts. The torque setting is snugged up - really it's just taking out the slack. The 40 degrees angle actually "feels" about right, but regardless follow the spec. Big Ends are relatively tighter. You really would not want to go past that 80 degs angle on the Big Ends. I used a long arm socket handle so I could control what I was doing.

Cylinder head bolts are scary. You absolutely need the right tool. It's a RIBE 12.
It's easy to get confused so I sequence numbered the bolt locations in marker pen, then sequence torqued them to 20Nm and repeated to 40Nm. Now, I put a mark at 3 0'clock on each bolt head. The 90 degrees feels hard. The second 90 degrees feels brutal, but these are stretch bolts they are supposed to be working like springs.

are you sure Vauxhall asks for new bolt in the same engine

Insert 4x con-rod bearing shell in con-rod bearing cap
Coat con-rod bearing with engine oil
Tighten 8x new bolt (1) 20 Nm + 40°
Note: Use new bolts

Not they it will probably make much real world difference
