A quick question but has any here removed the sliding door handle (outside) of a Doblo? if so any pointers as I have tryed to get one of my van due to the handle snapping off :( I seem to be stuck on one bolt. its the one under the square cover. when you remove the cover its just a round head thats there:confused: any pointers/help would be great.

Bit late for you but for anyone else googling this...
What you Need: very good metal drill piece 3-4mm, Pack of Easy outs or Screw extractors (screwfix £3.99) and a good Drill!
The shear off bolt under outer plastic cover can be removed. Start by drilling a small hole with a very good metal drill piece. Borrowed a good drill piece so will update with the brand soon. Try to make the hole as central as possible. Then use the smallest (4mm) screw extractor on a decent combo drill set to reverse (counter clockwise) then it should bite into the hole and starts turning the shear bolt out. Be wary to do this very slowly! Good luck

Thanks for that info, does the new handle come with a new shear bolt, do I need to remove the inner door card to fit the new handle?
