drove into work this morning and whilst sitting in traffic my doblo started idling roughly,when it was going it seemed ok,got to the nearest petrol station to fill up we diesel and i popped open the bonnet and discovered the air pipe to the air filter housing from the front grill had come off.i pushed the pipe back on and it now seems ok.there wasnt any clips holding it on ,does anyone know if there is supposed to be a jubilee clip holding it on or not ,my car is a 07 plate 120 multijet diesel with 25k on clock,thanks choc

Just had a look at my 09 and there is big metal band holding the big pipe on just near the filter box. I had an issue with my Alfa where the band wasn't holding the pipe on just like yours. I just removed it and bought a big Jubilee clip which fixed it.

It may seem fairly minor but you don't want it slipping again as you could be sucking all sorts in to you engine.
