My dad has a 2003 Doblo 1.9d.

It starts fine when cold and will run all day at high revs but once warm and at low revs it will cut. It then will start again but only by putting his foot down and keeping the revs high once fired up.

The engine management light comes on when warm and will go off for a few minutes if the ignition is switched off. The local Fiat garage have cost him a fortune and have done nothing. The diagnostics aren't giving them any clues. Air and fuel filters are new. He has also run some cleaner through as a diesel addititive.

I have found a post on the JTD cutting out when warm caused by the RPM sensor but have no idea if this applied to the 1.9d.

Any help welcome as my dad is at a loss and cant afford to waste anymore money...

Cheers, Scott.
