I recently had the misfortune of having the timing belt snap on my 1.9 jtd Doblo with the usual mayhem of valves hitting pistons and only 67K miles on clock although I have to admit it is an 04 model so should have had a new belt at 5 yrs old.
I managed to fit a second hand cylinder head complete with cam, valves, drive pully and heater plugs but swapped my old injectors over.
It starts and runs well but the heater coil light flashes 30 times after you start it regardless of whether it's hot or cold. I guess this is a fault code, anybody know what it means and how to get rid of it?

It means you have a fault in the glow plug circuit.
