hi guys, i have a doblo 1.9 multijet 56 plate,
the problem has been on start up it runs as rough as a badgers axx and nocks like a pig  i was told that it could be the injectors,so i took them all out and got them tested and was told 2 of them was faulty had them fixed and put them back in,its still the same if not worst can anyone tell me if they are coded ie need to go back in to the same cylinders as they came out of:bang: :cry:your views would be apperciated

if they do need coding then the number is on the top...is there any?

my 05 doblo injectors dont need coding.

are you sure the injectors were at fault?[/QUOTe
yes there are numbers on the top of each one thanks richie

have you tried obvious and changed fuel filter if running rough also what fault codes do you have
hi codes was
p0401 egr valve
p0204 injector 4
p0203 " 3
p0202 " 2
p0201 " 1
p0101 air flow meter
p0111 air flow temp
p0403 egr valve
payed the fiat dealer £72 and all he done was scratch is head and said the codes could be from where i have unpluged things
i have cleaned the egr and that was well coked up and cleaned the air flow meter,?
it only runs rough untill the temperature gauge starts to move but the nock is still there up to about 3000rpm
as for the injectors they probadly have not gone back in the way they came out ,hence why i asked if they are coded to each cylinder thanks richie:confused:

did they reset the codes this should have been done had a store fault that still limits fuel system get codes reset

if that does not work it looks more like wiring fault have you checked earths

recently had oil temp sensor fault because it was replaced

it cut fuel rail down a bit untill reset

luckily any garage with snap on solus should be able to reset codes

thanks for your help . had them reset at fiat
but i have not had the codes reset since cleaning out the egr and air flow meter its going to be done on monday.do you think that if i have and probly have put the injectors back in a different way then they came out that it could cause the knocking up to about 3000rpm:bang::bang::bang: thanks again richie

to get p0101 and p0101 the AFM must of been disconnected, maybe the dealer is correct in what they say, i'd be suspect of that EGR though. Give the motor a good blast, even my wife knows to floor the doblo in 3rd up hill to 70mph to clear out the EGR every week.

am i right in thinking that if a fault code comes up, for example p0401 egr valve and i repair that but done clear the fault code that it will think that it is still brocken, forgive me for my ignorance

i havent tried them yet but there has never been any starting problems and it still starts first time just rough untill the temperture gauge starts to more and the knock upto 3000rpm thanks again richie
