Technical wont start

hi to all, i have a 2006 doblo 1.9 multijet that i tried too jump-start, a padlock symbol is now on the dash. Went to fiat, they thought it lost the key code, they coded it in and it still wont start! Anybody any ideas

Alot of newer vehicles dont like to be jump started.
It can sometimes confuse the brain (ecu).
Sometimes it makes the brain very, very upset.
