Technical Cargo discs

Hi all.

The wife's MultiJet Cargo needs new front discs. Is there any way of telling which size I need to get, other than removing and measuring them? Am I right in thinking Fiat fitted whatever was available at the time, or was the fitment based on different engines/payloads? I think the van's got the 85hp engine, based on the '223' in the VIN....but that might be me getting it wrong!

I went on a few car spares websites and entered my reg number. They came up with the same disc and choice of two pads.
