Hi,if you have access to garage equipment or help of a competent mechanic there is a repair I have done on several Doblos to save buying a new bar,as bushs aren't available as clamp plates holding bushs in place are spot welded together.
As there is usually not a lot wrong with bushs, just excess play caused by slight wear of the bushs, I have removed bar and drilled out spot welds on clamps, removed slithers of rubber where bush is naturally split to fit onto bar, this allows bush to hold bar securely, there is now a gap between bush and clamps,I usually put 3 rings of weld on the inside of clamp plates and cool, when clamped now, the welds grip the bushs tightening them and securing them from moving,re spot weld clamps and cool quickly so not to damage bushs, touch up with a dab of paint to avoid rusting and refit bar. New a-roll bar drop links are available pattern cheaply, so I always replace when doing bar.
This is only work to be carried out by someone competent to complete repair safely.
Hope this helps, nearly zero parts cost and some I've done, have done at least 60k since and still ok,John.
