it seems sluggish at start off then picks up and when at a standstill not in gear and i rev it seems slow to get the revs up and wont go allway round on the rev counter i want a code reader for it which one do i need is there any cheap ones on ebay

code reader wont tell you what is physically happening on the car, might through up an error but as with the air circuit one sensor/component can adversely effect others often throwing up 'red herring' fault codes.

Mine was exactly like yours until I changed the air filter last week,now it's a different vehicle,revs freely,starts easier
