My 03 Doblo Cargo 1.9d (non turbo) starts well but recently it will cut out immediately after starting up unless you keep the revs up. This continues until the engine is warmed up then it runs ok and will run ok all day but when starting up next day I'm back to all that cutting out hassle. No engine management lights coming on or anything obvious under the bonnet. Any Suggestions cos I'm running out of ideas.

Mine did this up untill i serviced it. Did engine flush new filter and used a Castrol oil and its stopped.

I've been told that when a diesel will not tick over after a cold start up it's nearly always an air leak or a fuel filter issue. I guess I'll concentrate my efforts in that direction.
