Anyone added DRLs (daytime running lights) to the front?
What about swapping out the tail lights for those LED replacements?
Anyone tried it, was it successful? (any problems?).
I did fit a couple of LEDs to the front but they suddenly just disappeared so not bothered since but I have been toying with the idea of swapping the sidelight for an LED & wondering if LEDs could be installed within the front lamp cluster? OR maybe installing strip LEDs like the Audi?

I do think the ones on the audi are a bit OTT, I'm really just after some decent points of light to be noticeable, the fewer I can get away with, the better really.
I think the audi ones are possibly set at the wrong angle, they always seem to dazzle/blind.
I'm not aiming for Blackpool illuminations.

if they help with visability I dont came what they look like or what others think as I've yet to have a Fiat with decent lights however I wonder if this spells the end of the humble light bulb?

if it has been done then its probably already been done in Turkey (they love doblos!)

Thanks for that. I think the existing lights on the dobbin are ok - and I do a fair bit around country lanes etc - I certainly don't feel the need to keep my front fogs on all night.
all I'm really wanting is to perhaps replace the tiny side/parking & maybe even enhance with an additional set of LEDs.
It's days like today when I check my wing mirror before pulling out that I realise how important it is to be seen - despite the black clouds and rain, at least 50% of cars weren't lit and of those that were, about half were on sides only - so neither use nor ornament (although marginally better than no lights)

Got a pair of those LEDs & they really do stand out during the day.
Strangest thing though, when i turn everything off & lock up, the central portion still glows for a while (not stood there long enough to time it).
