Technical Nearside suspension knock

Hi.
The Doblo has developed quite a loud and hard knock when lightly turning to the right and the nearside front wheel goes over patched roads or a poor surface.
I have checked the anti roll bar bushes, track rod ends lower balljoint and the wishbones all show no play at all.
The only thing I do see is on the top mount on the nearside, the rubber is very badly split and is coming away from the metal and the gap between the big washer and the mount is 4 - 5mm than its neighbour on the offside which has no split rubber, does anyone thing that might be the problem.

Just an update, I have replaced the top mount that fell to bits after removing it from the strut, and I replaced the bottom ball joint as the gaiter was split. The top mount took about 30 mins but the ball joint over 2 hours
No more rattles now though.
