General Fault codes but where to start looking?

Hi folks my doblo has started putting the engine managemnt light on and when it first appeared the codes it threw out where p0069 and p0234.
Now i believe these are turbo related and its a 1.4 diesel with turbo on '05.
Was wondering if anyone has had similar problem so i might get the better of it before it gets the better of me.
Also the van appears to run well, no starting problems or problems with power. Having read some pages on the web it seems as though it possibly the wastegate or what ver sensor is related to it however these were not specifically for fiats.
Any help greatly asppreciated

P0069=MAP / Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor
P0234=Turbo Charger A overboost condition

Pure speculation by me.

If the MAP sensor was failing / reading low then the ECU could be keeping the turbo pressure up till the overboost sensor kicks in.
